Cancelation Policy
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed through the Hybrid Technologies website. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
Hybrid Technologies will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, the order may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Orders Already Processed or Dispatched
If an order has already been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier for delivery, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order immediately.
In such cases, customers may still return the product once it has been delivered, provided that the product meets the conditions outlined in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Any applicable return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Where an order cancellation is approved prior to dispatch, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
All payments made through the website are processed securely via PayFast.
Hybrid Technologies Right to Cancel Orders
Hybrid Technologies reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through the website in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Product stock unavailability
Incorrect pricing due to technical or administrative errors
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Payment authorization failures
Where an order is cancelled by Hybrid Technologies, customers will be notified and any payments received will be refunded.
